Word Processing

Virtual Assistant provides a fast, accurate turnaround for all your word processing needs, whether it is from your hand-written notes or a marked up copy. We can assist with anything from a one page letter to a complete user manual.  Your presentations can be created in Powerpoint and your financial tables in Excel.

If you’re on the road, away from the office or just don’t have time, we would be happy to take dictation over the phone and send your correspondence out on your behalf. Letters, invoices, emails, whatever you wish – we’ll type it up and then send it by email or post the same day.

All hard copy documents are finished on 100gsm plain white paper or your own letterhead. If required, documents can also be laminated.

Pay As You Go Rate: £15/hour

My monthly packages:-
5 hours £14 = £70
10 hours £13 = £130
20 hours  £11= £220
30 hours £10 = £300


The small print:
Each package is per month and includes the designated amount of hours shown. This is dedicated time to use as you require. Payment is by monthly standing order in advance. Any unused hours – will be carried over to use the following month. If you exceed your package hours, the pay as you go hourly rate is £28 per hour. All work is timed and rounded up to nearest 15 minute unit.  A report will be provided each month with a breakdown of the work undertaken.
